If you choose to cancel
More than 48 hours before the experience, you can rebook by contacting Lost Folks directly. However, some experiences have special rebooking rules, such as retreats and experiences that require extensive preparation, and there may therefore be a few exceptions. This will be indicated under the specific retreat page on Lostfolks.com
Less than 24 hours before the experience, the experience cannot be rebooked. Please note that experiences often involve preparations that incur expenses that need to be covered, so you cannot get a refund for the experience.
On the day: If something unforeseen arises immediately before or on the day of the experience (e.g., illness), please contact the experience manager so they know you will not be attending. You will find the contact information in the booking confirmation. Alternatively, you are generally welcome to give your ticket to someone else.
